Our Services

Business strategy and structure:

Our business strategy is principally guided by meaningful consultations with targeted clients. We rely on creating and sustaining models. Additionally, we benefit from referencing and testimonials from our existing clients. We target long-term relationships with any given client and partner. That way, we are able to monitor and evaluate progress. We derive joint lessons, for routine improvements, together.

Market Research, Trends and Estimates:

From our research, we have established that many companies are undergoing painstaking challenges. Direct consumer-focused companies are daily grappling with the challenge of achieving a fair convergence point between product quality, pricing and sustained market visibility, presence and consumer demand. In the final analysis, expensive gambling has become the norm rather an exception. While it has paid off in some limited cases, it has proved unsustainable and costly in most situations.

This challenge has been aggravated by the cut-throat competition within the available markets. Market visibility is increasingly becoming competitive and complex. As a result, important areas such as product communication, feedback and enhancements are merely assessed from how fast moving the goods or services can be. At best the limitation with this remains the fact that it is short-term.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

CSR has nearly lost meaning so as to be relegated as part and parcel of the marketing budget. Companies are losing out on public ‘ownership’ and trust. Vandalism of infrastructure and equipment has been a manifestation of this oversight. With market dynamism, the need for regular refresher training and technical exchange from the market leaders has proved critical. It is this gap that CEPPP’s is bridging. This example is applicable to governments, development partners and private businesses, alike.

Marketing & Sales Strategy:

Our marketing and sales is conducted in various ways. The most significant, however, is direct marketing and through our business products. We are also open to the inquiries from our prospective clients.

Competitive Analysis:

CEPPP’s remains highly competitive not necessarily because of its pioneering aspect in Africa, but as a result of the emerging opportunities and demand for our services to our clients. CEPPP’s is a partner in the global fight against poverty. Our contribution is more on cutting operational costs and enhancing quality and profitability especially for businesses. This aspect can best be captured through our iunsatiable quest for innovations and the insistence on achieving a high convergence point between economic, social and environmental interests. We are truly about highest management of sustainability based on latest global trends.

Target Customer Groups:

Our target customers are private sector, government agencies, development partners, institutions of higher learning, development partners and individuals.
